Every Monday and Wednesday morning at about 11:30, I get a sausage egg and cheese on an everything bagel from Pete’s Little Lunch Box, a food truck right outside the Academic Building. My breakfasts from Pete’s help start my day off strong, and it’s not just because of the food. You’re immediately greeted by the friendly owners of the food truck, waving you over with a big smile on their faces. It’s always one of the best parts of my day. The food is great and the people are always so welcoming. I’ll continue to get food from Pete’s even when I don’t have a class nearby. I don’t know which one of them is named Pete, but they’ve earned themselves a loyal customer for life… or at least until I graduate.
I give Pete’s Little Lunch Box a 10/10. Best food on campus.
